The electric type opening system is adapted to flat and domed skylights - exit hatches. The opening drive housing is compact in shape and has a convenient amplitude of movement geometry. The drive mounted inside the housing makes it possible to transmit power with maximum space, maximum strength and stability. The opening gear, mounted on the two opposite edges of the base, opens and closes the hatch stably and evenly.
Roof Access Hatches are ideal for rooftop patios, emergency exits, roof and balcony access or any other application where roof egress is a requirement. To be installed on flat roofs of any finish. All our roof access hatches provide you with safe and convenient access.

Electrical Opening System - SA Roof Access
Gas Drive
A gas spring consists of a cylinder tube and a piston rod provided with a piston and is filled with nitrogen under high pressure. For the cylinder tube is sealed with a guidance where the piston rod is sealed to the outside and at the rear with one bottom piece.
The pressure is the same in front of and behind the piston as there is a flow-through channel in the piston is that by means of a (small) amount of oil supplemented, also provides one end damping of both the ingoing and the outgoing stroke.
